STAFF.
staff members can range from janitorial staff to warden's assistant. there are dozens and dozens of guards that lurk throughout the place. it is the staff's job to keep patients in line and make sure no one is injuring themselves or anyone else. they're supposed to have their eyes open and watching at all times, making sure everything is running smoothly. if the warden is unhappy, then everyone is unhappy. more often than not, the staff members have a few secret little mental illnesses of their own.
